Jerry Puente, General Contractor & Investor

Hi there! My name is Jerry Puente. I have lived in The Woodlands since 2014, and since then I have really enjoyed all the amazing things this community has to offer. In my free time, I enjoy working out, biking through the trails, mudding with the jeep, and riding my motorcycle. I am also a big fan of exploring the local forests and lakes. My oldest son is now 16! Time flies. He is now in highschool while also working on an ecommerce business, pretty interesting stuff! My youngest enjoys playing soccer and fishing, he’s always out with his friends looking for ponds to fish.

I have been doing home renovations since 2004, I moved to the woodlands back in 2014 so I’ve done more than a thousand bathrooms and kitchens. My grandad started doing remodels in the 1960´s, then my dad and then myself, a my whole family of builders and remodelers!

Additionally, I own an investment company that focuses in guiding investors in the real estate industry. My team and I, take care of the whole process; from doing searches and finding the right property, to developing and leasing / selling depending on the business plan.
